The mission / 01

Strength is about building yourself, not shrinking.

Alexa built Built Thru It out of her own story. As a former college cheerleader she spent years under-eating and over-training, chasing the idea that smaller was better. Everything changed when she learned that fitness was about building herself — not shrinking herself. That is the foundation of how she coaches women now.

Women's strength training here is not a watered-down version of training. It is real barbell work, real progression, and real coaching — meeting you wherever you are, whether you have never touched a barbell or you are returning after years away.

You can work 1:1 with custom strength programming and nutrition support, join the community lift events, or both. The goal is the same: confidence that comes from consistency, and strength that carries into the rest of your life.

Coaching and events run across Las Vegas and Henderson, with online coaching for women anywhere who want the same structure and accountability.

1:1 Strength Coaching

Individualized programming that builds you from your real starting point — squat, hinge, press, pull, and the barbell lifts — with form coaching and weekly adjustments. Beginner-friendly, never one-size-fits-all.

Community Lift Events

Women's events like Barbells & Blooms bring lifters together to train, learn, and celebrate strength — hosted at CrossFit Veni Vidi Vici in Henderson and around the valley. All levels welcome, no experience required.

Confidence That Lasts

The point is not a number on the scale — it is trusting your body, ending the all-or-nothing cycle, and proving to yourself you are capable of more than you thought. Strength you keep long after the program.

She has been where you are.

Alexa is a USA Weightlifting Level 2 coach and national competitor with a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Louisville, plus CrossFit L1/L2 and Precision Nutrition certifications. She has coached more than 300 athletes and everyday women — and she leads from her own journey out of restrictive thinking and into building strength on purpose.
