Coach. Athlete. Human. I didn't always have a healthy relationship with fitness.
As a former college cheerleader, I spent years chasing the idea that smaller was better. I under-ate, over-trained, and constantly felt like I wasn't enough. No matter how much I achieved, there was always pressure to look different, weigh less, or be more "perfect."
Everything changed when I learned that fitness wasn't about shrinking myself — it was about building myself.
Since 2013, I've competed in CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting, and since 2015, I've helped hundreds of athletes and everyday people discover what they're truly capable of. Along the way, I've earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, coached at every level from beginners to national competitors, and finished top 3 at USA Weightlifting Senior Nationals.
But the truth is, coaching isn't about trophies, numbers on a barbell, or perfect meal plans. It's about helping people build confidence, trust themselves again, and realize they're capable of more than they ever thought possible.
My mission is simple: help people become stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally through sustainable habits, education, and accountability.
Because the goal isn't just to perform better in the gym. It's to build a life you're proud of living.
