Built Thru It coaching starts the opposite way — with your schedule, your preferences, your history with food, and where you actually are right now. From there we build custom macro targets and a small set of habits you can keep when work gets busy and the weekend shows up.

Alexa coaches nutrition the way she had to learn it herself: after years of under-eating and over-training as a college athlete, she rebuilt her relationship with food around fueling performance instead of shrinking. That experience is the backbone of how she coaches — education and accountability over rules and guilt.

You get weekly check-ins, real adjustments based on your data, and coaching on the habits that actually move body composition — protein, consistency, sleep, and how to handle the meals that used to derail you. No banned foods. No starting over every Monday.

Alexa is a Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified coach with a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Louisville, USA Weightlifting Level 1 & 2 certifications, and CrossFit L1/L2 credentials. She has guided more than 300 clients toward sustainable body-composition change — and she coaches from lived experience, not just certifications.
