Strong is a skill, and it is trainable at any starting point. Built Thru It training is fully individualized — no copy-paste templates. Your program is built from a movement assessment, the equipment you actually have access to, and the schedule you can actually keep, then progressed week over week as you get stronger.

Whether the goal is building visible, usable strength, improving how you move and feel, returning after a long break, or chasing a performance number, the method scales. The discipline does not change — the dose does.

This is coaching, not a generic workout app. You get programming that adapts to your progress, form coaching on the lifts that matter, and a coach who actually adjusts when life gets in the way. Functional fitness and Olympic-lifting backgrounds mean the work is technical when it needs to be and simple when it should be.

Train in person across Las Vegas and Henderson, at home with the equipment you own, or fully online — the program comes to you either way.

Squat, hinge, press, pull, and carry coached with intent, layered with the conditioning and movement quality that make strength usable outside the gym. Built on a decade of platform and CrossFit experience.

Performance Blocks

Peaking blocks for a specific goal — a meet, an event, a number you have been chasing — with the accessory and recovery work to get there healthy. Coached by an athlete who programs her own.

A coach who trains like you do.

Alexa holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Louisville, USA Weightlifting Level 1 & 2 and CrossFit L1/L2 certifications, and competes at the national level in Olympic weightlifting. She has coached more than 300 athletes across every level — first-timers, busy professionals, and competitors — and she still puts in the work herself, so your programming comes from someone who lives it.
