Built Thru It Performance is more than fitness coaching. It's a space built for people who want to become stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally through discipline, movement, and community.

We help people break free from restrictive thinking around food and training by teaching skills that last. Confidence comes from consistency. Strategy comes from individualization.

Alexa May.

Coach. Competitive athlete. Entrepreneur. Coaching functional fitness since 2015, competing in CrossFit since 2013, and ranked top-5 at USA Weightlifting Senior Nationals two years running.

Alexa combines a B.S. in Exercise Science with years of platform experience to coach the whole athlete: technique, performance, recovery, and the mental side of training.

Her work isn't about quick fixes. It's about building lifelong habits, sustainable progress, and the kind of strength that translates into real life.
